2025 Recap — Beyond Expectations

What a year. Our second annual Fixed Income Depository Conference didn’t just build on the foundation — it raised the bar. We hosted a sold-out conference — full of leaders, innovators, and depository specialists for two days of deep dives, bold ideas, and unforgettable moments.

Pre-Conference Workshop / Meet & Greet

We kicked things off with an exploration of relevant ALM hot topics during our pre-conference workshop. Then on to the poolside terrace at the Tempo Hotel where guests mingled with speakers, colleagues, and emerging voices in depository finance. It was casual, energetic — the kind of setting that sparks real conversations.

Day One — Deep Content + Connections

From opening remarks through to the final session, Day One delivered:

Expert opinions on macro outlook & interest rate trajectories

Value-added discussions on fixed income sectors, funding alternatives, capital raising, strategic planning, and product profitability analytics

Dueling breakout tracks on key elements of Stablecoin or Subordinated Debt

A standout keynote from Amy Downs (Author, Hope Is A Verb), taking us through her life of transformation and self-improvement as a ground-zero survivor of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing to Chief Executive Officer of the very credit union that had been nearly destroyed in the attack. Her story offered a timely reminder that resilience and purpose-driven leadership can drive not only personal change but institutional growth and impact.

Throughout the day, attendees had plenty of opportunity to ask questions, debate, network, and contemplate new, value-added direction.

Day Two — Additional Revenue Generating Ideas, Loan Panel, “Wine-Down”

The momentum continued:

External guest speakers started the day with value-added balance sheet and fee income opportunities for any depository to contemplate

A high-caliber panel of bank and credit union subject matter experts in loan participation/sales wrapped up our conference content

Friday afternoon “wine-down”… Ok, so we upped the game—to a guided distillery tour instead; oh what a trip it was!

What’s Next: 2026 & Beyond

We’re not slowing down. Expect richer content, more diverse voices, and unique events in exciting new places. If 2025 set the standard, 2026 will focus on delivering the next level of conference satisfaction.
